Success Conditioning™ Series

CIT Success Conditioning©
Workout: Contact

CIT Success Conditioning© improves business.  Make a difference in the lives of people and watch what results. These people can be anyone with whom we work, know or have made an acquaintance.

While participating, notice how relationships develop, credibility improves, and how feedback and business provides you a measure of success beyond predictability.

Exercise:
Contact someone meaningful with whom you fell out of communication.
Take time to call someone whom you have not spoken to for awhile. This can
be someone who you talk to every six months or someone whom you thought about the other day.

Criteria:
Whether it’s someone whom you know you will talk to like clockwork every several months or someone whom you lost contact with due to distance, change in life events, or someone who came to mind, this is the person.

How:
Contact this person by phone or email initially. As always it’s best to make a personal connection. Get inspired by prior shared experiences. Recall something meaningful shared. It’s perfectly okay to let them know you were thinking of them. So go ahead and leave a message.

Action:
Avoid telling them you are doing an exercise in contacting people. Recall when they came to mind. Relive the event. When calling, tell them what you want them to know. If you make agreements to remain in contact, set a date to talk again. Put the date in your calendar with an alarm.

Intent:
Do this with as many people as you can. If it helps to list names and events, make a list and relive the event as many times as needed prior to contacting them. The better you recall when they came to mind or why, the better the picture will be for the other; the more intentional and authentic the experience will be for everyone.

Feedback:
Give the other person the opportunity to absorb the acknowledgement. Let them provide you with feedback and tell you their experience, previous or current.

Upon conclusion, provide an email to www.conceptsintraining.com with the event and outcome.
